We have over 4,000 fonts and use CSS only, so no JavaScript. For a full list of the services out there you can refer to this list at http://sprungmarker.de/wp-content/uploads/webfont-services/…its a bit out of date on the number of fonts and some of the supported browsers but it will give you a full overview of the market.
